Seniors, you are one-third of the way through your last year of high school! If you are not currently passing English 4, you need to get that way ASAP!!!

Seniors, there were 16 people who made A’s in English 4 the first grading period! Congratulations to those people. If you were not one of them, NOW is the time to begin working on that for marking period 2. Don’t wait until the last minute!

Seniors, the first grading periof of your last year of school is almost over! Be sure you are getting things turned in ASAP!

STUPENDOUS SENIORS…You need to be getting any work owed completed and turned in ASAP! You are running out of time!!

Show your LOVE for English 4! Study your vocabulary words, participate in reading the novel, and use your reading guides to your advantage; you will end up LOVING your grade!

We’re finishing chapter 1 in the novel along with the accompanying reading guide today. Then, it’s vocabulary review, more practice with rhetorical devices and vocabulary test on Monday! Busy, busy, busy!!

Get ready to start a new novel – The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd. It’s wonderful reading (and don’t think that just watching the movie will suffice)!
